We’ve scheduled an open evening for Wed 30th Sept, starting at 7pm after Wuthering Bytes winds down for the day. I assume there’ll be a few of us there to talk to potential new members? I also assume there’s no need for demos/ activities that evening, & just make it a social?
As I don’t imagine cups of tea will suffice that evening, shall we buy in some drink (to sell on at cost/ more), & what about snacks? I hope WB delegates won’t be too worn out to come along . . . .
